A whole week of FREE live Pilates classes on Facebook to help you greet the new year with your full potential.
This series of classes will all center around the theme of gently bringing the body back to movement after the celebration of the holidays. We will start with classes that aid digestion and stretch the body and slowly progress throughout the week. This year’s themes include; Pilates for Digestion, Pilates for Couch Potatoes, Pilates Stretch, Warm Your Core, Walk Tall, Getting Back to the Hard Stuff, and a final class theme decided by you!

Facebook Live Pop – Pilates classes are the closest thing that you can get to an in-person class online, and they are free! All you have to do is head over to Create Move Pilates Facebook page during a scheduled Pop-Up Pilates Class and watch. Pop-Up Classes don’t have a regular time, I announce the class up to 3 days in advance through a Facebook Event and in an email which I hope you’ll sign up for at the top of this page. The class is then available for 48 hours. If you sign up for the email I’ll even send a copy to your inbox.
Pop-up Classes are 30 minutes, kick ass, and just like being in a real class, with a chance to talk to your teacher and classmates at the end of class.
